Service details, inclusions, timelines, pricing, usage rights, and deliverables are confirmed in writing before production begins.
3. Website use
You may use this website for lawful business and information purposes only. You must not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit false information, copy protected material without permission, or use the website in a way that infringes the rights of 3rd Eye Studios or any third party.

4. Enquiries, proposals, and project scope
Information submitted through forms, calls, emails, WhatsApp, or other channels helps us prepare recommendations and estimates. A form submission does not create a confirmed project, guaranteed price, or binding delivery commitment.
Project scope is confirmed only after review, written acceptance, required approvals, payment terms, and access requirements are agreed.
5. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate project information, access to locations, approvals, brand assets, content, business profile access, and any permissions needed for photography, video, virtual tours, maps, websites, advertising, or publishing.
For location shoots, the space should be prepared as agreed. Delays, denied access, missing approvals, customer traffic, unsafe conditions, or major layout changes may affect cost, quality, or timeline.
6. Payments, approvals, and timelines
Payment schedules, revision rounds, cancellation terms, reshoot conditions, and delivery timelines are defined in the accepted proposal or invoice. Timelines depend on timely client feedback, access, third-party platform availability, and required approvals.
If approvals or inputs are delayed, project timelines may move accordingly.
7. Intellectual property and usage rights
3rd Eye Studios retains ownership of our pre-existing methods, templates, source files, systems, tools, workflows, and internal processes. Client usage rights for final approved deliverables are defined in the accepted proposal or written agreement.
You confirm that you have the right to provide any logos, images, videos, music, copy, data, maps, floor plans, product information, or other materials supplied to us for the project.
8. Third-party platforms
Some services rely on third-party platforms such as Google, YouTube, Tourmkr, Meta, WhatsApp, hosting providers, payment providers, analytics tools, or advertising platforms. These platforms may change features, policies, visibility, pricing, or availability independently.
We cannot guarantee search rankings, ad results, leads, approvals, platform placement, or continued availability unless a specific written agreement states otherwise.
9. Accuracy, availability, and results
